MANNAN
(MOS):
Mannan oligosaccharide is a new
Antigen-active substances extract from the wall of yeast, have good
physicochemical property of low-grade fever, stablity, safety and
nontoxicity and it can protect intestinal canal and improve intestinal
immunity. It is widely used in food additives and feed aditives.
Oligosaccharides, including fructo oligosaccharides, galacto
oligosaccharides, transgalacto oligosaccharides, and mannan oligosaccharide
(MOSs), are one of the most extensively investigated classes of antibiotic
alternatives . MOSs, which are derived from the cell wall of Saccharomyces
cerevisiae, have shown promising effects, such as decreasing pathogenic
microflora of the gut, stimulating a strong immune response, and elevating
the strength of the intestinal mucosa in studies with poultry. By balancing
the intestinal environment and stimulating the immune response, MOSs have
been shown to increase growth in broilers, turkeys, and swine.

Beta Glucanase Enzyme
Beta Glucanase Enzyme is made from trichoderma reesei
through cultivation and extraction technique. This product contains
abundant β-glucanase, which can catalyze the β-glucosan in plants
efficiently into glucose and other low molecular material, so as to
reduce the viscosity of processed plants and animal chymus.
Products of this
origin are used worldwide without any limitations as processing aids
in brewing, juice extraction, wine clarification, and animal feed.
The high level of β-1,3-1,4-glucanase/xylanase/cellulase allows it
to break down β−glucans in poultry and swine diets containing high
amounts of barley, wheat, rye, triticale, and other certain cereals
. It should be noted, that without such enzymes the broiler diets
can not accommodate more than 20% wheat, 15% barley, or 15% rye.
